In our first meeting with Scott we were impressed with Scott’s common sense approach to a very intricate and detailed procedure. I was quite shocked at all the dynamics that are involved with estate planning. Differing state laws and guidelines, tax rates, real estate ownership, buy/sell, corporation techniques, stock transfers, are just a few of the items we went through.
